Sportsart Basketball League Mixed Season 2

Date: held in on October 2022
Time: 13:00-23:00 (Saturday - Sunday)
Location: LCSD IGH (Kowloon Island)
Registration Fee: HK $ 7,700 per team + HK$ 500 Security deposit (The deposit will be returned in full after the successful competition)
Competition Team: Target 7 teams (7 teams will separate in 1 groups 7 teams per group)

Each game will provide the following services:
- Electronic scoreboard
- Professional referees
- Game Results Statistics
- Professional Photographer
- FULL HD Game Recording

Competition System
- Men score count in regular score, Women count in double of regular score
- The league will be divided into 1 groups, 7 team in each category for the competition.
- The regular season in round robin mode that each team a minimum of 7 games (6 season games+1 playoff game), the playoffs and even up-even to 9 games.
- Each group of teams will be in the form of round robin regular season, regular season tournament winner gets 3 points, loser gets 1 point, 2 points for tie game and 0 points for forfeit.
- Every game will be 4 quarter, each part of the game for 10 minutes. Quarter 1 and 3 have one minute rest period, halftime time is 2 minutes.
- In addition to pause, other times keep going, the fourth quarter last 2 minutes will stop timer with the ball goes out of the play.
- At playoffs, if tie game in the legal game time, which score in first that will win game.
- After the completion of the regular season, each team enters the playoffs to fight for the championship trophy

Considerations
- During the game, all the players cannot wear any ornaments such as earrings, bracelets, necklaces and so on.
- Team must fill the paper that pointing out the number of players before the competitions start 15 mins
- If the teams are still less than five people after the start statutory time within ten minutes or not playing a race, the team will be made automatically abstained, and 20: 0 score as the results of the competition, the team was 0 point.
- The upper limit of each team for registering player is 15 people, if more than the upper limit of registered players, it need to pay an additional administration fee. All players who are registered can attend every competition.
- After the registration can increase players, but does not remove the quota. After the start of the competition, they should email the information of players who increased to us.
- Each team in the team's jersey must be registered in two colours, as the Host (light) and Guest (dark) jersey.
- Colour of jersey will be posted on the schedule
- If the team just has one colour jersey, please pay attention to the schedule. If both side as same colour of jersey, the arrangement will be followed by Host (light) and Guest (dark) principle.
- Please inform the Assembly before 48 hours to make arrangements, if you need the number cloth. And we will impose HK$60 for cleaning fee.

Registration Players
- The upper limit of each team for registering player is 15 people, if more than the upper limit of registered players, it need to pay an additional administration fee. All players who are registered can attend every competition.
- After the registration can increase players, but does not remove the quota. After the start of the competition, they should email the information of players who increased to us.
- All players must register at season for playoff tournament.
- All players can play more than two teams in PLAYOFF simultaneously.

Security deposit
For the following reasons, the team deposit will be forfeited in order to make amends:
- The team which involve fighting in the competition for compensation.
- Unexcused absences but dot inform to host.

Technical fouls Guidelines:
- The League will execute strictly for the team’s technical foul
- Players technical foul.
- To impede for throwing from out of bound, so that the time delay of game.
- To make the non-physical contact foul of harassment when a player is shooting.
- Talk with staff, Field Supervisor or Players with bad attitude. (if any players who play the game or stay in bench issued a vulgar language, it will implementation the technical foul immediately.)
* Before the technical foul performed, referee does not need to make any verbal warning. Leader, coach or team player representatives have a responsibility to management disciplined, please pay attention to each person in charge.

Awards
- Championship trophy, medals 15 and DOS Sportswear championship T-Shirt.
- Super Cup Most Valuable Player (MVP) (This award elected by host)
- Each group a champion, 1st runner-up and 2nd runner-up will receive a trophy and medals each player.
- Each group have, leader of scoring, leader of 3point, leader of rebound, leader of assist, leader of steal, leader of blocking and leader of efficiency.
- Award ceremony will be conducted after the completion of the final.

Change date
- Please inform us before the 1st of month by email if each team unable to attend the day of competition.
- Example: Before January，Email us February not available games date.
- After we will launch schedule, the schedule will be unable to change.

Protest
-The final decision Results and all decisions are subject to the referee on the spot. We do not accept appeal.
- If the player or players with the staff dispute in the game, referee will make the judgment according to the case, if the team is still dissatisfied, may within 72 hours email to sportsartenquiry@gmail.com, it will deal with a reply as soon as possible, if the referee mistakes will be punished internally.

Statement:
- All participants of the players and the team have a clear understanding of the accident in the basketball game, the collisions and injuries, we will not have to bear any responsibility.
- Participating in any team competition by Sportsart held to incurred or cause any person (including third party) in money, accidental injury, or other physical damage, we will not have to bear any responsibility.
- Sportsart did not buy any accidents, personal and third party insurance of any team and the players, the players, coaches, assistant coaches, substitutes of members in the team during the competition accidentally injured, Sportsart will not have to bear any responsibility.
- Sportsart has the competence to make changes at any time in all the contents of the constitution, such after modifications without prior notice.
