- The open teams group will be divided into 4 groups, each with 4 teams. 16 teams will immediately enter the knockout rounds.

- The open team group stage plays in a single round-robin format, that is, each team will play at least 4 games, and the knockout rounds can have a maximum of 7 games. For regular season games, the winner gets 3 points, the loser gets 1 point, the draw gets 2 points each, and the forfeit gets 0 points.

- If the teams have the same score, the winner wins. If the scores are the same, the goal difference will be calculated to determine the final ranking of the regular season.

- Each game will be divided into 4 quarters, each lasting 10 minutes. There will be a 1-minute break in the first and third quarters, and a 2-minute halftime break.

- Except for timeouts, the clock will not be stopped at other times. The clock will be stopped at the last 2 minutes of the fourth quarter when there is a dead ball.

- In the knockout round, if the two sides are tied within the statutory match time, the "first goal first wins" system will be adopted to determine the winner.

- After the regular season is completed, each team will enter the knockout round to compete for the championship trophy.
